Soak the tofu in water with seasoning for some minutes, set oil on fire and fry the tofu and set aside

For the egg sauce: heat oil in a pan, add grind scotch bonnet and onion, stir fry and add a little bit of water, add spices of choice and seasoning, add the egg and stir, allow for some minute and it’s done
