Manchurian Fried Rice

First, grate the cabbage and carrots. Chop the onion, green bell pepper, and green onion. Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Mash the paneer. Place all the vegetables and paneer in a bowl. Add the cornstarch and all-purpose flour. Add salt and green chili, then mix everything well. You do not need to add water.

Shape the mixture into balls. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the balls until golden brown.

Take the pre-cooked rice. Chop the onions, green bell pepper, green onion, carrot, and green beans. Finely chop the ginger, garlic, and green chili.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the ginger, garlic, and green chili. Then add the remaining vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cooked rice and mix well. Top with the Manchurian balls.

Manchurian fried rice is ready. Serve with soy sauce and chili sauce.
