Squid Tonpei Yaki - Pan-fried Squid Fritters

This was my ex's specialty back when we were living together. lol. It was so good I decided to recreate it and I still eat it all the time. I didn't know what it was called so I went with "Tonpei Yaki."

For salt and pepper, add a little more than you think you need. I recommend using frozen squid legs because they are plump and filling, but you could easily use a whole squid instead. Fry in the sesame oil until crispy. Recipe by ne-ne
