My whole family went nuts for these cookies..I rolled half of them in confectioners sugar before baking. I went as long as 9 1/2 mins for a crunchy cookie. 8-8 1/2 mins gets a Crispy outside and a Fudgy inside.

preheat oven to 350°

in LG bowl sift together dry ingredients
- 3
in separate LG bowl cream room temperature butter with all sugar..beat on med speed 3-4mins til fluffy

beat in egg..also room temperature ..1min on med speed
- 5
fold in dry ingredients about 1/3 at a time mixing by hand after each addition until mixed thoroughly

roll into balls 1/2"-1" thick and place on parchment paper on cookie sheet

bake 8-9 mins. let cool on parchment 2mins before moving to rack
