Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

Peel off skin of the proximal one-third of asparagus and cut into segments

Cut mushrooms into four pieces

Prepare a container using aluminium foil for the ingredients

Season asparagus and mushrooms with salt, pepper, butter, garlic and shallot, and mix well

Add rice wine and wrap the ingredients

Bake in oven for 15 mins
