Take a big bowl add all the ingredients except oil

Mix it well. and Grease the thali with some oil.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add the batter and cook on the slow flame while stirring continuously, till it leaves the sides of the pan.

Pour the mixture immediately into the greased thali and tilt the thali clockwise to form a uniform layer. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Cut into equal size in square shape.

Heat the 1 tsp oil in tadka pan and add the jeera and hing heat them for 20 second. Spread the heated oil on the pithore pieces. And serve with green chutney and hot tea.
