Cooking Instructions

Combine the maida ajwain oil and salt then add water knead into soft dough rest 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed fennel seed and crushed coriander seed fry 10 seconds add green chilli and ginger garlic for 30 seconds add red chilli turmeric hing salt chaat masala garam masala fry on low heat 30 seconds.

Add 2 tbsp gram flour roast in low flame 2 minutes add onions saute 2 minutes on low flame add boiled mashed potatoes mix nicely garnish with chopped coriander filling ready.

Knead the dough again make medium sized 6 balls smoothen each balls to remove cracks flatter it keep filling in centre and close it seal nicely to avoid it from opening in oil.

Fry on medium heat for just 5 to 10 seconds and remove it out the fry again on the lowest flame for 15 to 20 minutes until brown and crispy.
