Milk Bread with Chocolate Chips

In the bowl of your mixer, add the eggs, milk, and crumbled yeast. Mix, then add the flour, sugar, and chocolate chips.

Using your dough hook, knead on low speed for 10 minutes until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

At the end of kneading, add the butter cut into small pieces. Stop kneading when the dough pulls away from the sides again.

Form a ball and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature, covered with plastic wrap.

After resting, punch down the dough, divide it into 10 equal pieces, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the rolls with milk using a pastry brush and let them rise for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C). Brush a second time and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
