Heat oil in pan over medium heat; add the onion and Saut'e until onion become slightly soft.

Add spices - red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix well.

Add the chopped tomatoes and mix. Then add salt, coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for about 12-15 mins on medium flame stirring occasionally.

Oil will start separating from the Bhaji. Turn off the gas when water realease from tomatoes is reduced. Now, Tomato-Onion Bhaji is ready to serve.
