Take a mixture grander jar add coconut, Cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger garlic, coriander leaves,mint leaves, green cardamom, lavnge, dalchini, and add water grind it in fine paste. Take a pressure cooker add ghee heat and mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, onion tomato fry it well and cook for 5 minutes.

After frying on add capsicum, couliflour, potatoes, carrot, green peas fry it well and cook.

After cooking of vegetables add turmeric powder,salt Cumin coriander powder,sugar garam masala powder, red chilli powder mix it well and also add granded coconut masala & add water 2 cup cook for 2 whistle. Serve it hot.
