Steps

Mix makki ka atta,curd,maida to form a thick batter with no lumps.

Keep the batter aside for 8 hours for fermentation.

Before frying the puas,prepare sugar syrup.It should be of one string consistency.

Now heat oil and put batter with ladle to fry the puas.it should be medium hot.
- 5
Put the fried puas in sugar syrup.Serve hot with rabri.
