Cut both ends of bittergaurd,wash n peel it and slit one part of karela and take out all seeds.

Boil them in a separate pan filled with 2 cup water for 5 minutes on hight flame and take out in a separate dish.

Now take a pan and pour oil and fry onions and chillies till golden brown and add roasted and grounded peanut powder and saute for 1 min then add all ingredients one by one and saute for 4 minutes on medium flame

Now take out the stuffing in a bowl and let it cool.

After that fill the stuffing in the bitter gaurd and fry it in a clean pan as shown below for 10 minutes both sides.
