Heat the oil add onion fry until golden brown.

Add mince mix well until it changes color.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute add green chillies, tomatoes, salt, red chilli, cumin powder, whole ground spices, turmeric, mix well cover and cook until the mince is tender.

Add lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes.

Green chutney. In blender add all the ingredients and blend well.

Assembling. On paratha spread green chutney onion rings and mince roll out paratha. Serve with ketchup and chutney.
