Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  1. 2 cupsall-purpose flour/maida
  2. 50 gramssemolina/rava
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1/2 tspsugar
  5. 2 tbspcurd
  6. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. as neededoil for deep frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl take all-purpose flour, rava, curd, oil, salt, sugar, baking powder give it a good mix add water little by little prepare medium soft dough, punch and knead the dough for 5 minutes, grease the dough with oil and cover the lid let it rest for at least 2hrs.

    Now pinch out medium balls out of the dough roll it to medium thin discs evenly.(not too thick not too thin discs)

  3. 3

    Now drop one bhatura in sufficiently hot oil press top of the bhatura with spoon lightly,when it starts to puffs up splash hot oil over that to puff up completely.flip and fry other side too.take out on tissue paper to avoid excess oil, fry remaining bhature in the same manner.serve with choley and enjoy
