Soak the poha in water for 2 minutes.

Drained the water from poha.

Add all vegetable, salt and masala with poha.

Then make a dough.
When the dough is ready then apply oil on Your palm and make cutlet shape with dough. - 5
Take a nonstick pan and bursh the oil.

When pan is heat put the cutlet into pan and fry them.
After 15 minutes poha cutlets is ready.
Serve it with green chutney.
