Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 3boiled potatoes
  3. 1/2 cupcapsicum
  4. 3green chillies
  5. 1/2 cupcabbage
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the poha in water for 2 minutes.

    Drained the water from poha.

  3. 3

    Add all vegetable, salt and masala with poha.

  4. 4

    Then make a dough.
    When the dough is ready then apply oil on Your palm and make cutlet shape with dough.

  5. 5

    Take a nonstick pan and bursh the oil.

  6. 6

    When pan is heat put the cutlet into pan and fry them.

        After 15 minutes poha cutlets is ready.

        Serve it with green chutney.
