Steps

Heat butter/ghee in pressure pan and saute onion and garlic.

Add all the veggie dices and washed lentil and saute for a while.

Add one cup water and pressure cook it.

Then grind it in puree and pass through sieve or colander.

Add one more cup of water or more as per the thickness you want.

Add salt and black pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes on a low flame.

Top up with almonds and serve hot.
