In a ball mix flour,salt and ghee and set aside for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl add chicken, yogurt and tikka masala powder and give it a good mix and cover it and leave for 30 minutes.

In a pan add a little bit of oil and fry the marinated chicken for 10-15 minutes or until it’s cooked fully.

Now make balls of flour mixture and roll them into circles and cook them on tawa with ghee/oil.

Now after everything is cooked it’s time to plate.

On one paratha spread a little bit of homemade garlic mayonnaise, place chicken pieces and some onion and roll it into rolls. Enjoy!!
