  1. For Tacos
  2. 1 cupCorn Flour
  3. 1/2 cupAll-purpose Flour
  4. Salt to taste
  5. For filling
  6. 1/2 kgChicken Mince
  7. 4-5Garlic Cloves
  8. 8-10Whole Red Chilies
  9. 1 tspCumin Seeds
  10. 1 tspCorn Flour
  11. 1/2 tspCoriander Seeds
  12. 1/3 tspWhite Pepper Powder
  13. 2 tbspShangrila periperi sauce
  14. 1 cupChicken Stock
  15. 4-5jalapeno
  16. 1 cupChicken Stock
  17. -5LETTUCE
  18. 2Tomatoes
  19. 1/2 bunchCoriander
  20. 1Cucumber
  21. 2-3 tbspOil
  22. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    For Taco’s:
    Take ½ cup of all-purpose flour, add to taste salt, 1 cup of corn flour(makai)
    2. Mix it well with water to make a dough, then make small small balls and roll it with the help of rolling pin and make chappati’s

    For Filling:
    take a blender jug add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of corn flour,1/3 tsp of white pepper powder, ½ tsp of coriander seeds, 8-10 whole red chilies, blend it.

    Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, add 4-5 cloves of garlic and fry, then add ½ kg of chicken mince and roasted now add all the mixture, shangrila sauce and add 1 cup of chicken stock mix it well, and cook till the chicken is tender and the gravy is dry now take it out.

    Now add 4-5 helopenos, 4-5 lettuce leaves, 2 tomatoes, ½ bunch of coriander,1 cucumber chopped it and mix it in the chicken and fill the stuffing in the toca’s

    Tacos ready to serve.
