Cooking Instructions

For Taco’s:
Take ½ cup of all-purpose flour, add to taste salt, 1 cup of corn flour(makai)
2. Mix it well with water to make a dough, then make small small balls and roll it with the help of rolling pin and make chappati’s - 2
For Filling:
take a blender jug add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of corn flour,1/3 tsp of white pepper powder, ½ tsp of coriander seeds, 8-10 whole red chilies, blend it. - 3
Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, add 4-5 cloves of garlic and fry, then add ½ kg of chicken mince and roasted now add all the mixture, shangrila sauce and add 1 cup of chicken stock mix it well, and cook till the chicken is tender and the gravy is dry now take it out.

Now add 4-5 helopenos, 4-5 lettuce leaves, 2 tomatoes, ½ bunch of coriander,1 cucumber chopped it and mix it in the chicken and fill the stuffing in the toca’s

Tacos ready to serve.
