Sunday Braciole

There used to be no Sunday without braciole: cheers to Sundays and family gatherings! But my love for cooking inspires me to make them on other days of the week too, sometimes with different recipes, but of course... they're always finger-licking good!
Sunday Braciole
There used to be no Sunday without braciole: cheers to Sundays and family gatherings! But my love for cooking inspires me to make them on other days of the week too, sometimes with different recipes, but of course... they're always finger-licking good!
Steps
- 1
Lay the slices of meat out on a flat surface.
- 2
On each slice, generously add pecorino cheese, whole parsley leaves, coarsely chopped garlic, pepper, and raisins that have been soaked in water for about 30 minutes.
- 3
Roll up each slice tightly to enclose the filling, and secure the ends with toothpicks so the filling doesn't fall out.
- 4
Season as you like: with tomato sauce, Genovese-style, or grilled... they're delicious any way you make them!
