Steps

Roughly chopped the tomatoes.

Add the tomatoes in mixing jar and add 10-12 cloves garlic,4 green chilli and 2 inch ginger.

Grind all and make a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan and add 1/2 tspn asafoetida(Hing).

Add grained paste and cover for 2 min.

After 2 mins add 1 tspn red chilli powder and 1 Tspn coriander powder.

Add a pinch of black pepper powder and 1 spn salt.

Add 2 spn jaggery and cover the pan and cook in low flame.

Cook till it start leaving pan. It's ready to serve and we can store it for 2/3 days.
