Ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken (boneless); 1 tsp ginger garlic paste; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp black pepper powder; 1 tbsp red chilli crushed; 2 tbsp soya sauce; 1 egg; Oil for frying; 2 tbsp oil; 1 tbsp garlic(chopped); 1 tbsp ginger(chopped); 3 green chilli chopped; 2 spring Onion; 1 capsicum cut in cubes; 1 Onion cut in cubes; Salt to taste; 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder; 1 tbsp vinegar; 1 tbsp soya sauce; 1/2 cup tomato ketchup; 1/4 cup chilli garlic sauce; 1 tsp sugar; 2 tbsp corn flour; Water as required

1/2 kgchicken (boneless)
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper powder
1 tbspred chilli crushed
2 tbspsoya sauce
1egg
Oil for frying
For gravy
2 tbspoil
1 tbspgarlic(chopped)
1 tbspginger(chopped)
3green chilli chopped
2spring Onion
1capsicum cut in cubes
1Onion cut in cubes
Salt to taste
1/2 tbspred chilli powder
1 tbspvinegar
1 tbspsoya sauce
1/2 cuptomato ketchup
1/4 cupchilli garlic sauce
1 tspsugar
2 tbspcorn flour
Water as required

Cooking Instructions

1

1st chicken me all marination ingredients dal kar 1/2 an hr ke lye marinate krden then oil me dip fry krlen

Now ek pot me oil garamkarein then is me chopped ginger & garlic dal kar thora saute karein or ab green chilli capsicum, spring onion,salt and red chilli powder dal kar ache se cook karein or phr is me all sauces add krden (which are mentioned in ingredient list)

Then is me fried chicken or corn flour ko 3tbsp water me mix kar ke add krden or ache se mix karein

Jab gravy ache se thick hojae or cook hojae to last me spring onion upar se sprinkle karein or garam garam fried rice ke sath serve karein
