Ingredients

  1. 500 gmscauliflower
  2. 4Potatoes
  3. 1/2 bowlpeas
  4. 250 gmscarrot
  5. 100 gmscapsicum
  6. 2onions
  7. 3-4tomatoes
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. 3-4green chili
  10. 1/2Red chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp.turmeric powder
  12. 1 tsp sabji masala
  13. 1 tsp jeera
  14. 4-5 tbspoil
  15. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    First cut all the veggies in small piece.

    Take kadai heat the oil crack jeera.. Add Ginger garlic paste fry 2-3 minutes..

    Add onion, tomato fry another 5 minutes.. Add all the spices in the masala.

    Add all the cut veggies in masala mix it well and cover it with a lid for 10-15 minutes.

    Remove the lid and make it open. Then Leave the oil on the sides.

    Your mix veg is ready to serve serve hot with chapati or parantha as you wish.
