Burnt garlic rice
Steps

First wash and chop all the vegetables like cabbage, carrot, beans, broccoli, etc along with onion and garlic.

In a pan heat oil add garlic and fry till brown, then add onion and fry till translucent.

Then add vegetables and cook till done yet crunchy

Then add cooked rice and masala powder and mix well..

Fry till every thing is mixed well and serve hot
