Holi is incomplete without Thandai. Today I have made a Thandai Masala too along with Thandai. This masala gives awesome taste to Thandai.It is prepared with combination of nuts, spices, saffron and rose petal, It can be prepared in advance to make,Use this Thandai masala for flavouring various other desserts like kheer, ice cream,kulfi,rabdi and so much more.
It can store in air tight container for about 2-3 months.

Assembled all mentioned ingredients at one place. Heat a pan for 2 mins on high heat and then turn off the heat, Now add all the ingredients to the warm pan except chinnamon and nutmeg powder. Mix them and leave them in the pan for 5 mons.

Then remove them to a plate to cool down and then dry grind then in a grinder, ground it fine.

For making instant Thandai - Add thandai masala, chilled mik and sugar, blend them together.

In a glass add ice cube s and pour the thandai drink over it.

Serve the chilled Thandai garnish with thandai powder and rose petals.
