Ingredients

600 mlAmul fresh cream
400 gmNestle milkmaid
1 tspBourbon vanilla extract
200 gmPistachio (ground coarsely)
100 gmRaisins
100 gmBlueberries (cut into small pieces)

Steps

In a large bowl whip cream for 5 -7 minutes

Pour milkmaid and vanilla extract into the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Add ground pista, raisins and blueberries. Mix.

Transfer the mixture to ice cream tray or any container of your choice.

Freeze for 8 hrs. Scoop and serve.
