Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 8wings Chicken (This time I used chicken wing drumettes)
  2. 100 ml★Vinegar
  3. 50 ml★Soy sauce
  4. 50 ml★Mirin
  5. 2 tbsp★Honey

Cooking Instructions

    Gently salt and pepper the wings.

    Add all the [★] ingredients into a pot, and once it start to simmer, add in the chicken wings. Cover it with a lid, and cook them on a low heat setting.

    Once the chicken has become soft, take off the lid and raise the heat. Once the liquid evaporates, they are done!(^^)※Just be careful that you do not burn them.

    You can simmer them with daikon radish or boiled eggs and they will be delicious! ^^ You can make these with regular wings, thighs, or breast meat!
