Ingredients

  • 2 packetMaggi
  • 150 gpaneer small cube
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 2 carrot Chopped
  • 2medium size onion slissed
  • As neededCorn flour for binding
  • as required Oil for cello fry
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 packetMaggi masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Khadhai put on flame add oil when heat up add onion, add salt saute few min add pea & carrot, black pepper Maggi masala, salt cook few min again till soft add Maggi & maggi masala pour around 2 glass water cover it.

  2. 2

    After few few min stair & cover it. When Maggi become soft turn off the burner now add 2sp around corn flour mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now non-stick khadhai put on flame add oil whan heat we make kabab.

  4. 4

    Take small amount of cooked Maggi stuff 4pie paneer cube cover properly...in the same way make all kabab now tawa is heat all kabab roast low to medium flame till crispy.

    Now serve it own choice chutni
