Walnut Bread:

Preheat oven to 175º. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat for a minute.
Add vanilla and mix.
In another bowl sift together flour, salt, and baking soda. - 2
Add dry ingredients in three additions alternating with the yogurt in two additions. Each time mix only until combined. Don't over mix since it will make the bread tough.
Add walnuts and raisins. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon top of the better. It will develop a delicious crunchy top. - 3
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until golden, cracked and tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool down completely.
Mix sugar and coffee in a jug and pour over all the bread garnish with chopped walnuts then leave for 5-10 minutes. Cut and serve with tea, coffee. Enjoy !!!
