1+ 1/4 glass milk
2-3 tbspsugar or honey
7-8overnight soaked almonds
2medium Banana

Assemble all ingredients

Peel soaked almonds and roughly slice banana.

Take a mixer grinder jar, add banana s, peeled almonds, add sugar, add 1/4 glass milk and grind or blend all together into smooth paste

Now add the remaining milk, blend and give a nice mix

Now Smoothie is ready
