Mix all the ingredients marked ＊ and set aside.

Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the pork. Add the vegetables, starting with the ones that take longest to cook.

When everything has cooked through, mix in the sauce.

It's fine with or without vegetables. My favourite combination is komatsuna greens and shimeji mushrooms.
