Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, yeast and salt well.

We begin by adding water gradually, then mix all the ingredients well, until they are completely homogeneous.

Heat a good non-stick thick iron skillet, pour a tablespoon or of the mixture into it.

We leave the qatayef on the pan and leave it until its bottom is golden in color and its face is filled with crackles, with the need to maintain the temperature, in a way that does not make you cook it quickly from the bottom, which will keep it liquid from the top, or on low heat, with repeating the process until we finish the amount of the mixture.
When finished, we put the Qatayef discs aside until they cool down, to be filled after that as desired - 6
