1 kgmuskmelon
1/2 cupmilk powder
1/4 cupsugar
Pinchsalt
as neededCrushed dry fruits (almonds and cashew nuts) as per your choice

Peel and cut muskmelon into pieces.

Blend muskmelon pieces along with milk powder, sugar and salt. Add crushed dry fruits and mix it.

Pour into kulfi mould. Put into fridger for 5-6 hours or until set well.

Then demould it and enjoy chilled muskmelon kulfi.
