Take a bowl add corn flour and maida in it.mix it together.add curd and water and mix it till it forms a thik better without any lumps.keep bitting better for 4-5 mntin a circular motion until it smooth.

Boil water and sugar in a kadhai on medium heat.take a some portion in a spoon and let it cool but.

Take some between fingers and rub it to gather.pull your fingers apart to see it forms one string.now add lemon juice and orange food CLR and mix it well.

Heat the ghee in a medium flame.now add eno in to the better and mix it well.pour this better in a piping bag or catch up bottle.make a small whole.

Once the ghee ishot enough squeeze the piping bag gently in a circular spiral t form the jalebi.once jalebi is fried and crisp add it to the sugar syrup directly.let it rest for 2 mnts and then put in a plate.

Garnish with chopped almonds and cashews sliced.
