Chicken Malai Boti Roll Paratha

Wash and clean the chicken.

Now take a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, mint chutney paste, yogurt and cream.

Now add all the spices in the yogurt mixture and mix the everything together.

Now add the chicken boneless cubes in the mixture and marinate it for 3-4 hours.

Now add 2 tbsp of oil in a non sticking pan and add the chicken along with marination mixture and cook for 20 minutes till the chicken becomes white and tender and the masala mixture dries up.

Once the chicken is cooked and the masala is dried now take a piece of foil paper and place the heated coal piece in it. Add some drops of oil and give dum to the chicken for 10 minutes.

Now take a paratha, put some mayonnaise and piyaz ki chutney and spread it on the paratha.

Now place the malai boti pieces and add shredded onion and cucumber on it. Roll the paratha in a roll and secure it with a toothpick.

Serve in a tray with salad or ketchup as you like.
