Steps

Make small cuts between the red and fat parts of the meat. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, and pan-fry the pork over medium heat. When it starts to brown, flip, and lightly brown the other side as well.

When both sides are browned, cover with a lid, and steam-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Pour ☆ ingredients into the pan, bring to a boil, and coat the meat.

Turn down the heat, and lay the easy melting cheese on top. Cover with the lid, and steam-fry again. When the cheese has melted, it's done.
