In bowl put all-purpose flour,salt,carrom seeds, oragano and moyan.Knead semi soft dough

Rest for 20 minutes.in pan add oil add carrots and pumpkin saute add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, black pepper powder, coariander leaves,lemon juice mix well and cook for five minutes.do not add water.

Take dough divide it into four portions.take small cup cake moulds. Put dough on it and make katori. Deep fry till golden brown.

Keep aside. Take curd in bowl add red chilli powder, black pepper powder,sugar,salt mix well and keep aside.

In katori first spread some curd put pumpkin mixture again put curd,add coariander leaves, pepper powder, boondi and tamarind chutney.just to keep pumpkin and carrot's taste intact didn't add onions and tomatoes.you can add.serve with chutney
