Steps

In day time soak rice and daal for whole day

In evening grind it together and make a fine paste.add some salt and leave it for fermentation.

In morning you will get very good fermented paste add little more water if needed.

Grind white chutney mix coconut, chana daal,salt,zeera,water,1 garlic.

Now put oil in small fry pan and put oil,make it hot now add mustard seed,add curry leaves. Put fry in chutney.

Now heat tawa roll dosa on it.

Roast from both side and serve.
