This is a very tasty burfi made from orange and

Steps

Firstly peel orange and remove the pulp from it

Take some milk and add in milk powder in a pan and mix it without turning on the flame. Mix it well.

Then add in 1 teaspoon ghee. Then turn on the flame and then add in the sugar.
Let the sugar melt completely. - 4
Then add in the orange pulp and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Then add in orange fool colour and mix it well.
Then add in some chopped almonds and stir it. - 6
Then add in dessicated coconut and mix it. Make sure the flame should be medium slow. Then add in elaichi powder and mix it.

Let it cook for 4 minutes and stir it continuously.

Then in an aluminum tray and apply some ghee so that burfi sets.
Then add in the burfi mixture in this tray. - 9
Decorate it with silver foil and let it set in refrigerator for 20 minutes
Cut it into pieces of your size. - 10
Your orange burfi is ready to eat!
