Paneer tawa butter masala is delicious receipe made with butter, paneer, loads of veggies and spices.

For preparing gravy: heat the oil and butter in the pan and add cumin seeds & saute it. Now add chopped onion and saute well till it turns golden brown. Then add black pepper, tamal patra, cloves and cinnamon stick and stir well.

Further add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Afterwards add red chilli powder and combine well. And keep aside for cooling down. After sometime once it is cool down take a mixture grinder and blend the gravy.

For preparing marinated paneer : take a bowl and add square pieces of paneer & mix spices like salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and chaat masala and mix well. And keep aside for 5 minutes.

For shallow fry paneer: take a pan or tawa and add 1-2 tbsp oil heat it and add marinated paneer in it for shallow fry. After 2-3 minutes take it out. Meanwhile cut the vegetables like tomato, capsicum and onion.

For shallow fry vegetables : take that same pan and oil is already there if required then add some oil, because we already shallow fry paneer. Now just add capsicum and saute it well for 2 minutes. Nextly add onion and saute it. And lastly add tomatoes and stir well all the veggies.

Now, add this shallow fried vegetables and marinated paneer in the gravy.

Alongside, add salt, cumin coriander powder, kitchen king masala kasuri methi & mix well. Now take a bowl and add red chilli powder and 1-2 tbsp water and mix well and put red liquid in sabji.

After that add malai or cream and grated paneer and stir well. Keep string till 2-3 minutes. And lastly garnish it with green coriander.

You can enjoy it with paratha, buttermilk, papad etc.
