1 cuporange juice
1 cupsugar
1 tspcornflour pest

Peel off and cut the piece of orange.

Put the pieces in mixer jar. Add the sugar and cornflour pest and crush it. Pour the mixture into a saucepan.

Heat a saucepan on medium flame. Stir it continuously till sauce consistency then switch off the flame let it Cool down for 10 minute.

Delicious Orange Jam is ready.. Enjoy with bread butter,roti, pudding toppings. Preserve airtight jar in fridge for 2 months.
