Soak chillies over night..

Next day dessed it..

Dessed tamarind too..

In a blender add chillies along with tamarind pulp..

Then salt, sugar..

Vinegar, cumin seeds..

Garlic cloves and water

Blend well..

Now in a pan heat oil..

Add blender mixture and cook for 6 min..

Pour in a air tight jar and refrigerate..

NOTE: Can b storein a refrigerator upto 2 month easily..
