A popular dish in Lebanon, especially in Baalbek. I made a batch to freeze for Ramadan.
Steps

Combine all the dough ingredients in a stand mixer and knead until you have a soft dough.

Mix all the filling ingredients together thoroughly.

Roll out the dough, place the meat filling on top, and fold the edges.

Bake in the oven until cooked through and golden brown. For extra flavor, drizzle pomegranate molasses on top before serving.

I made a large batch and froze some for later.
