Finely chop the spinach finely, wash it properly in 3-4 water. Then take in a bowl

Now add, chopped green chillies, chill paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, coriander seeds, peppercorn, salt to taste, lemon juice, sesame seeds, semolina and oil

Mix all of them now add gram flour and mix it a dough and do not add water

Take a kadhai, and take oil and on the gas and heat it. once the oil comes to heating temperature now make one portion of the batter with the help of hand and make it like a small ball and put it in the oil.

Now let it cook at medium flame, now turn the side and let it cook and let it turn crispy.

Once turn crispy take it out of keep it on kitchen soaking towel so the oil gets soaked and pakoras are ready to serve.
