Easter is a Christian festival and holiday for all of us. Today I have created Easter birds nest to surprise my kids and make them extra happy in holidays. Used vermicelli ,egg shape chocolate and chocolate butter frosting. It was super yummy,let’s head to the kitchen and cook some delicious sweet to make kids super happy

200 gmvermicelli

1 tspghee
For chocolate butter frosting
200 gmfresh cream
3/4 cupcocoa powder
2 cuppowdered sugar
2 tspvanilla extract
6 tbspunsalted butter (room temperature)
Pinchsalt
For nest filling

In a pan roast the vermicelli with the ghee,then add water sauté for 2 minutes and add condensed milk cook it till thick and sticky.
Now in cup cake mould add the vermicelli mixture press in between to make room and give the shape of nest. Let it cool in refrigerator to hold the shape.

Now in a mixing bowl add sugar, butter,cocoa powder,vanilla extract,salt,fresh cream and some melted chocolate.
With the help of mixer beat it till peak form and fill in piping bag.

Now assemble all the thing, take out the nest from the mould and pipe the chocolate butter frosting in the vermicelli nest,put some eggs on it and viola yummy and beautiful Easter Birds nests are ready to serve.enjoy
