1 cupjeera/ cumin seeds
15cloves
10 inchcinnamon stick
15dry red chilli
10Cardamom
20 pepper corn

Take a pan and roast jeera first and keep aside.

Now roast all other ingredients in the pan and keep aside.

Let them cool down and then grind them in a fine powder. Store in tight container. It has long life.
