Boil the green peas for until well cooked.

In a sufuria add onions and oil
Fry them until golden brown. Add garlic too - 3
Add tomatoes and cook them for about 2 mins adding the spices..

Add the potatoes. And cover them for 1 min.
Stir them. Add the carrots.
Add water enough to cook the potatoes. - 5
Once they are ready add the green peas and stir

Cook for about 2 mins.
Your stew is ready - 7
You can serve with rice or chapati. Any accompaniment of choice. Enjoy
