Soak moong dal for. 15 to 20 minutes. Then grind it into a fine smooth batter.

Later add all chopped vegetables to it. Then add cumin seeds, salt, red chilli powder rice flour and mix well and let it rest for 10 mins.

Now heat the pan or tawa grease it with oil and spread the batter on tawa or pan slowly to form dosa apply oil on edges of dosa cook on slow-medium flame after 3minute high the flame and flip the dosa than again slow the flame.

Let it cook on high and low flame untill it gets soft and crispy dosa

Later remove it from pan serve it with green chutney and enjoy nutritious moong daal dosa 😊😊
