Wheat buns
Diabetic friendly.....
Steps
- 1
You can sieve your wheat flour or use it with the chaff
I sieved mine 5 times with a tiny hole sieve to achieve a whiter flour - 2
After sieving, in a bowl add your wheat flour, baking powder, sugar(you can use any type and also increase your spoon of sugar, depending on what you want). Mix until properly combined. Add your 2 tablespoon of margarine and mix, form a whole in your flour then add the egg and mix
- 3
Add your milk until you get a slight watery dough that sticks to your hands
Note: I forgot to take the picture but you can check my potatoes buns to see the way the mixture is - 4
You cut your buns and deep fry. Enjoy your buns with tea or any drink of your choice....
