Besan Methi ki sabji

Steps

Wash and chopp methi leaves. In a pan add oil. When it becomes hot add chopped garlic, turmeric, asafoitida. Then add methi in it.let methi be cooked for 5 min

Take besan add salt, red chilli powder,turmeric. Add water & Make slurry of besan.

When methi cooked and besan slurry and keep stirring whole mixture so lumps should not be formed.

Then add jaggery, red chilli powder and salt if required.cook it for 5 -7 min. For tampering in small kadhai take 1 tsp oil, add chopped garlic. Let garlic should be golden brown.and pour tampering on besan methi vegetable.

Serve hot with bhakri or phulka, roti.
