Add olive oil and salt in a boiled water. Then put the Tagliatelle into the boiled water. Leave it till soft. Scoop them down and drain. Put some olive oil and mix it.

Mix corn starch and water.

Heat the olive oil in the wok. Add garlic stir till brown. Add the vegetables, seafood and chicken broth. Season with pepper powder, sugar and salt. Add mix corn starch and eggs. Mix well and turn off the heat.

Put Tagliatelle on the plate. Pour the gravy sauce on top. Let’s enjoy😋
